What Happens?

Welcome to Zeenok’s, the dive bar at the end of the galaxy. Here you’ll experience an evening of thrills and adventure — all in an immersive environment that you and your fellow guests create yourselves. It’s like stepping right into your favourite science fiction movie. It’s exhilarating, challenging, and incredibly fun.

How it Works

When you sign up, you’ll be assigned a character who has a specific reason for coming to Zeenok’s Space Bar and Grill. Some characters are looking for fame, some fortune, some are hoping to solve a mystery. Every character belongs to a faction, like the warlike Gravisburg Imperium, the Rikkenor space pirates, or the ruthless Headhunters. You’ll play this character for the evening at Zeenok’s, hoping to accomplish your goals — and thwart your enemies.

Getting Ready

Read your character sheet and put together your own costume (we have a deal with Theatrix if you want help). You can bring along your own blaster, and you might be given some additional props at the door. There’s “Zeebucks” to spend at the gambling tables, or to bribe officials with, or just to hoard. Connect with your faction-mates ahead of time to do a little plotting and scheming, and then at the appointed hour, come aboard Mr Zeenok’s space station deep in the Neutral Zone, and start scrambling for whatever you need to do!

At the Event

There aren’t really any rules at Zeenok’s. But here are our basic guidelines:

  1. If you think you’ve been killed, drop your Zeebucks and other props and head over to the Revivification Chamber so that we can restore your body! You’ll be able to rejoin play in a few minutes.
  2. Use the goals on your character sheet to decide what to do. There’s always a member of the Zeenok’s staff who can help.
  3. Be eager to work with others — you’ll have the most fun if you help each other with your schemes.
  4. Respect other people’s boundaries — it’s important that everyone feel safe and respected at all times.
